Pot Pac was established in 1986 by Ronny Mikalsen as RM Engineering, which provided filling machines and process plant mainly for the Dairy Industry. During 1993 Mary Mikalsen joined the Company full time. Both having spent many years in the dairy industry, Ronny as an engineer and Mary as a food technologist.

Since 1993 Pot Pac has diversified into the food and non-food sections of industry, which has increased the range of filling equipment available. Following rapid growth, new premises and investment in manufacturing plant took place.

Customer base ranges from small specialist producers to St.Ivel and are as far afield as New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and Europe.

However every customer whether large or small receives the same individual attention. Where necessary Pot Pac can use their demonstration unit to evaluate product filling characteristics for the customer.

All fillers are designed and manufactured in our workshop at Redruth. Servicing of our machines can be carried out worldwide.

As well as rotary and linear systems for pots and bottles, Pot Pac can design to order batch pasteurisers and process tanks from 45 - 550 litre capacity. Pot Pac specialises in design of clotted cream and yoghurt process plants.

The portfolio of applications for our machines now embraces: water, juices, soups, puddings, sauces, fudge, chocolate, margarine, dairy products, ice cream and DIY products.
